The location is ideal for those who want to be close to the main street that really comes alive in the evening. The tourist centre is within a two minute walk, and the beaches are nearby by car.
No complaints about the property, it’s spotless! One thing to consider are road closures in the evening (as the popular street around the corner is closed to become pedestrian only). At that time if you have a car, it could be tricky to navigate for parking.

Ein wunderschönes Apartment in bester Lage in Villasimius. Die Wohnung haben wir in einem super sauberen Zustand vorgefunden. Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut aufgeteilt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Hausbesitzer Elisabetta & Stefano sind sehr herzlich und sehr daran interessiert, dass alles für den Gast bestens ist.
Vielen Dank noch einmal für die ausgesprochene und natürliche Freundlichkeit der Besitzer.
Aus unserer Sicht war alles bestens.
