The apartment is in great condition and it reflects a lot of care from the owners from the decorative details and the energy efficiency by well isolated doors and windows allowing to minimize electricity consumption while using the air conditioning. AC available in both rooms and kitchen/living room allowing you to use it as efficiently as possible. Dishwasher and washing machine are also available providing additional comfort. Quiet zone and yet 5 minute walk to the Main Street Via del Mare. Very conveniently located even for the Villasimius summer bus stops and the difference supermarkets. Hosts very welcoming people.
The view from the balcony but it will get better once the adjacent houses are built.

La situation proche du centre ville qui est très animé le soir, agréable de se balader le soir. Tout est parfait, une propreté irréprochable, il y a tout dans l'appartement, très très bien équipé, Les lits sont confortables. Franchesca est sympathique. Notre séjour s'est bien passé. Je recommande .

La ubicación es perfecta, a pocos minutos del centro de Villasimius. La casa estaba muy limpia.
El parking quizás un poco estrecho, però bien, es importante poder tener un parking en medio del pueblo.
