Romantic city centre flat - Alexandra Apartment

First of all it’s so quiet there. You don’t hear a thing. No cars, no sounds from neighbors, just silence and easy to sleep. It’s located in a very calm and peaceful area, felt really safe. At the same time a short walk to tram, metro and Danube River. There are really nice small shops, restaurants, breakfast/brunch places, bakery etc in the neighborhood. The apartment is clean and well organized with everything you need for some days. Kitchen is ok. Nice towel drier in the bathroom which also gave some nice heat to the bathroom. Nice TV, Netflix, Internet. The apartment is easy to find and there are very good instructions how to enter. Recommended for no more than 2 people.

If you can’t climb stairs or have a very heavy luggage it might be a little challenging to get to the 2nd floor(and down again). My husband has a knee injury so he didn’t look forward to the climb, but he managed. There is no lift. The floors inside the apartment is quite creaky, The shower head could use a holder on the wall so that you don’t need to hold it yourself. The bathroom is very small and the shower itself is small and it’s very easy to accidentally push the water tap when showering so that the water suddenly become very warm or very cold. I burned myself a few times. The building is old and once you enter the courtyard it give a shabby impression and a lack of maintenance. But just ignore it at go to your door.

Location, facilities ( I need to mention that detailed facilities provided like hygiene, umbrellas, stiching option ) like I never saw such thoughtful facilities provided in apartments. Really appreciated

La habitación es amplia, cómoda, cuenta con todo lo necesario para descansar y relajarte de un día muy activo. Además, es un plus los amables detalles que tienen con los huéspedes: Café, Leche, azúcar, servicio Netflix, papel de cocina y mucho más. Cerca hay una panadería que vende un rico pan. La ubicación es buena, a 1 kilómetros está el Parlamento, el Río Danubio, hay restaurantes, Cafés, Mini Markets y plazas emblemáticas.

Lamentablemente el edificio está en renovaciones y al ingresar (de noche) causa impresión y algunos detalles de mejora en el baño.

La habitación en sí estaba bien, limpia y cómoda, los utensilios de la casa muy a mano. El edificio, aunque no está muy céntrico, está muy cerca de las zonas turísticas, puedes llegar al parlamento en menos de media hora caminando.

El edificio está poco cuidado, el portal con cubos de basura continuamente telarañas en el techo, el acceso a la escalera que lleva a los pisos superiores está lleno de trastos (colchones, escaleras de mano, etc.) y no se ve muy limpio que digamos, es una pena porque el piso en sí es bonito, cuidando un poco las zonas comunes sería de sobresaliente
