Die Lage ist sehr gut, nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof. Ich könnte die Wohnung schon eher beziehen, dass war super. Kommunikation mit Vermieter war gut und Schlüssel einfach zu finden.
Es könnte sauberer sein... Der Spiegel im Flur verschmiert, alter Aufwaschlappen, Wasserkocher funktionierte nicht, Bettlaken hatte Flecken, das Inlett rutscht immer aus dem Bettbezug und es ist sehr hellhörig zur Ferienwohnung nebenan. Leider ist die Klimaanlage nicht im Schlafzimmer, im Wohnzimmer bringt sie nicht so viel.

Apartament zgodny z opisem, czysty, cichy i co ważne z klimatyzacją, która uratowała nam życie przy panującej na zewnątrz temperaturze ponad 40 stopni ;-) Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką.

Posizione semi centrale, comoda per il centro sia a piedi che con i mezzi. Casa grande e comoda, con tutti gli spazi, dotata dei servizi.
La pulizia lasciava a desiderare. Asciugamani vecchie e un po’ strappate. Letto stretto e scomodo. Inoltre il barattolo con il caffè (a pagamento) era vuoto. Abbiamo comprato le cialde al supermercato.
