La situación, con el metro y la estación central en la puerta. Supermercados muy cerca. Apartamento amplio y con techos altísimos. No hay ruidos para dormir. Tiene persiana, cosa de agradecer cuando sales de España.
Los colchones de las camas son demasiado finos y los somieres son ruidosos, las camas son incómodas. Los baños olían a cañerías. El edificio es muy antiguo y las zonas comunes son de película de terror. Se agradecería algo más de suministros básicos (jabón de manos, detergente, trapos de cocina...)

Esta muy bien ubicado con restaurantes y supermercados, instalaciones correctas.
Un olor insoportable a tuberia muy sucio tanto las sabanas como toallas ademas del apartamento en si, la calefacción no se podia regular en todas estancias y el aire no enfriaba bien (que tuvimos que poner por el excesivo calor que habia)
