Great location, fancy apartment, quiet, AC, clean.
Not a real problem for me but 2 things to keep in mind, for awareness:
1. There is an elevator but a half floor up, meaning you need climb about 15 steps. Very usual in Budapest, but good to know if you need accessibility.
2. Parking is a bit of a hassle. There is street parking but only 3 hours max on week days. I parked at Westend shopping mall which is about 5 minutes walk. I was aware about it so no problem for me.

We found it a good location to explore the city on foot. Property was clean. Instructions were clear and detailed on key/access. Quiet position within the block. Found a great bakery one block away that opened at 6am for fresh breakfast.
I found it difficult to open the curtains in the bedroom near the front door in order to let some natural light in. But this is very minor point.
