The access to the backyard that combines with a little park is excellent

Even though it’s great that there’s parking underneath the building just be careful when you enter an exit because it’s very tight quarters and we had a very large car and it was a challenge to exit the parking lot without having to worry to run into a concrete wall. No worries if you have a regular car.

I have been very busy these days so I didn’t have the time or energy to give you feedback earlier, but honestly I am rather sad about the service we received. When we entered the appartment there was a huge ant infestation and the house was not clean. We found used dental cleaning products on the bedroom floor , a bag with mother milk, yes!!! Mother milk !!! in the bathroom and one of the showers was clogged . I do have pictures of all of these ! For the price we paid, we expected something decent. Other then that, the appartment is very pretty and functional for a short stay, please just get someone doing the maintenance! Danke
