The apartment is in close proximity to the river & shopping area. The parking space is good to have if you have a small to medium sized car.
We travelled down in temperatures in the mid 30's. The bedrooms are in the loft space so held the temperature all through the night, even with the windows open after sun down. Bedrooms could do with AC for comfort, as this must be a regular occurrence through the summer.

Zentrale Lage. Parkplatz am Haus.
Die Wohnung braucht definitiv ein Update. Viele Ausstattungsteile sind nicht mehr im besten Zustand (z.B. lockere Tür- und Küchenmöbelgriffe, der WC-Papierrollenhalter löst sich von der Wand). Zudem finden sich Spinnweben an den hohen Decken. Die Zugangsinstruktionen erhielten wir erst ganz kurz vor unserer Ankunft, und das auch nur nach zweimaliger Anfrage.
