grand appartement, bien décoré, propriétaire très présent et à l'écoute, très belle salle de bains, grande chambre parentale, belle vue sur le fleuve, proche du centre ville, exposition est sur les fenêtres de la pièce principale, parking gratuit le dimanche, 2 ventilos pour les chambres, des ventilos en + ou clim + seraient les bienvenus
propreté des anciens locataires à revoir, il manque des ustensiles pour la cuisine, le matelas de la grande chambre à revoir et l'aspirateur aussi, ouverture des fenêtres sur une rue très passante, donc bruyant, surtout quand il fait chaud, problème pour se garer vendredi/samedi,

Ben locata vicino a tutto
Era sporca ho fatto delle foto c'erano delle mosche morte nel balcone vicino alla finestra, molta polvere e quando entriamo nella prima porta ho Dio era horribile dove si trova,la ketle era così piena di calcare che ho dovuto lavare tre volte , la casa è carina ma chi la pulisce si devi rivedere
