Overall satisfied with everything.

We liked the layout of the apartment. It's a nice building. It was tidy and clean and pretty centrally located. The owners were regularly in contact to make sure I could enter the building without any problems. The rules are very clear and well communicated.

Some of the linens had minor stains. Our reservation was for four people but only two towels were provided. There were extra sheets, pillows and towels available but we had to look around for them. There was also a bit of dust on the bedroom floor and bedside tables. The check in time is later than usual but it didn't really matter.

Good for a short stay.

Nice little apartment, beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed. Large Aldi 2 or 3 minutes walk away, great for self catering. Good for walks along the river. Car park was very useful.

3 different door codes, the last of which is 10 characters long, and includes a picture of a pad lock at the end which you have to use. Some confusion over having to send ID photos before being allowed access. Person on the end of the phone who we contacted over this issue using the number on Booking.com was useless - just told us to contact Booking.com???

Stylish and spacious accommodation close to the centre of Macon

Lots of space generally, and very stylish, especially the big smart bathroom.

Bedroom was a little small, but we compensated by leaving our luggage in the sitting room.

A comfortable, modern apartment within a beautiful old house on a quiet street

This was a spacious apartment for 2 people, with a small,comfortable sleeping area adjoining a large, modern bathroom, and a larger living/eating/cooking area, all very well designed and furnished, with 3 large windows. The elegant 19th century architecture of the house, set in a small garden and courtyard, which certainly were much bigger when originally built, belies the modernity of the inside of the apartments into which it has been divided. Everything was in perfect condition, spotlessly clean. We did not use the kitchen equipment but there was plenty of it, well organised in closets below the counter and above the appliances . The location is very central, close to the banks of the River Saône,and a pleasant short walk to the old centre of Mâcon. There are several restaurants, cafés, bakeries, a natural food store all within a short walking distance. Parking was conveniently possible in the gated courtyard. We would like to come back here whenever we return to Mâcon.

It would have been nice to have the option of feather pillows rather than just synthetic foam.

I tried to contact the owner/manager by phone and mail : no answer at all. Pay attention, first images before renting let you think you will have one separated bedroom and this is not always the case. I thought I would have a separated bedroom and that was not the case, I am disappointed about this.

It is a large appartment, with a great style, close to the city and river promenade, and it has its own parking for extra comfort.

It was just dirty (hair in the bed, sofa, bathroom; the floor wasn't properly cleaned; and the shower also could use some better care)

Alles werd per per mail geregeld . Geen personeel. Het hotel was gewoon alleen kamerverhuur op afstand. Verouderde accommodatie en de hoofdingang kon men zo inlopen zonder code

Een prima plek voor als je op doorreis bent.

Dicht bij het centrum op loop afstand.

Er waren drie codes. Eentje voor de poort, eentje voor het huis en eentje voor het appartement zelf. De poort stond open toen wij kwamen en bleef open tot aan ons vertrek de volgende morgen. De code voor de toegang tot het huis was ook niet nodig. De deur was gewoon te openen zonder code. Alleen voor de toegang voor het appartement was de code nodig ( wel de belangrijkste ).

Eigenlijk niks, het enige dat opviel was het rooster boven de keuken dat nogal vies was. Klopte niet met de staat van de rest van het appartement.

Il s'agit d'un appartement donc pas de petit-déjeuner mais nous avons organisé, nous, notre petit-déjeuner. Le logement était confortable et très bien situé. La place de parking était bien. La déco de l'appartement est vraiment cosy.

Enlever de la douche la protection pour l'évacuation de l'eau pour éviter des inondations avant l'arrivée de locataires. Il nous a manqué une bouilloire électrique. Tout le reste était parfait.

Das zentral gelegene Appartment ist in einer renovierten alten Villa nahe des Quai. Es ist groß, gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der private Parkplatz vor Ort ist ebenfalls ein Plus.

Um den Code für Haustür und Wohnungstür einzugeben, muss man Handy Taschenlampe benutzen- da fehlt Licht.

War nur ein Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg vom Mittelmeer nach Hause. Super Wohnung in einem Herrschaftlichen Haus. Alles sehr schön, modern, geräumig. Sicheres Parken und schöner Spaziergang entlang der Saone zum Zentrum.

Zugang unpersönlich nur mit Codes. Für längeren familiären Aufenthalt nicht geeignet. Il y a des poules.

Le fait de recevoir 8 mails avant le séjour Le ménage… des toiles d’araignée dans les embrasures des fenêtres a l’intérieur! Le pot à savon vide dans la douche! Pas de clim car météo correcte mais mettre le coffre à Clim juste en face le lit et en sa direction, soulève des critiques Et la possibilité de disposer du bien pas avant 17 h le jour

Appartement met klasse!

Mooi ingericht en ruim appartement, schoon en verzorgd, met alles aanwezig voor een fijn verblijf. Parkeren is goed geregeld met voor iedereen een eigen vaste plek achter een afgesloten poort. En dicht genoeg bij het centrum om lekker te eten. Van te voren is uitvoerig met ons gecommuniceerd over het inchecken. Er is niemand aanwezig die je binnenlaat; dat gaat met allerlei slotjes en codes - net een escaperoom. Maar met zo'n goede uitleg die we gemaild kregen dat het moeiteloos verliep. Was bijna een extra leuk makende attractie 😀

Je n'ai pas trouvé le code wifi fi, problème de cafetière ne fonctionne pas avec importante fuite d'eau ?? Soucis mineurs pour une nuit. Appartement présenté avec vue sur jardin,, je dirais plutôt vue sur la cité hlm d'en face.

Appartement cosy

Le logement est moderne, probablement rénové récemment. Il est plutôt cosy. La cuisine est pleinement fonctionnelle. C'est un studio mais le coin nuit est malgré tout séparé. J'ai apprécié d'avoir 4 oreillers, avec des moelleux différents.

Le flexible de douche était cassé... complètement cassé, si bien qu'aucune goutte ne sortait par le pommeau de douche. Ma toilette a donc été très compliquée. Je ne comprends pas comment cela n'a pas pu être détecté par le propriétaire ou l'agent d'entretien... ce qui met aussi le doute sur le nettoyage de la cabine de douche. J'ai contacté le propriétaire pour lui faire part du désagrément... et sa réponse n'a été qu'un bref mot d'excuse. Pas de proposition de solution pour prendre une douche le lendemain matin ni (évidemment) de dédommagement. Dommage, parce que cela gâche l'expérience.
