Absolutely awful. DO NOT BOOK. No air so hot. 350 euro deposit

The location was ok but there is no parking outside.

The apartment was so unbelievably warm it was basically unlivable. There was absolutely no air or space to breathe. There was one fan. That did nothing. The apartment surroundings were incredibly loud .Also they ask and request a €350 deposit charge that you absolutely must pay before you can get any check-in details. This then proceeded to take 6 days (4 business days) to be returned to my account. This is not mentioned on the advertisement. And I had to chase this property to get my money back.

Very good central location. Neat and tidy apartment with modern decor.

The communication was not great. We had to phone to get the door code and the position of the apartment in the block. I think that an email with directions, door code etc would have been useful sent in advance. It is sometimes hard to communicate by phone when you are travelling. A booklet in the apartment with information like the wi-fi code would be good because we had to ring the host several times in the evening after a long day on the road. The kitchen was well equipped but I think a bit more crockery would be useful. I could not find any bowls for breakfast cereal.

Nos ha encantado la experiencia! La localización es perfecta, ya que está justo en la ciudad, todo lo imortante está muy cerca. El piso está muy limpio y moderno, aunque hay que tener cuidado con la cabeza, me he golpeado dos veces😂 El precio justifica la calidad! Muchas gracias.

Lo único es que si teneis coche, no hay sitio para aparcar. Sin emabrgo, hay un parking de pago a tres minutos caminando del apartamento.

La porte d’entrée de l’immeuble n’était pas sécurisée. Et compliqué de trouver une place quand on ne connaît pas trop et que les parkings sont pleins au alentours

Bien mais certaines choses à améliorer

L'appartement est très bien équipé, aménagé avec goût et bien situé dans le centre-ville. Nous avons pu profiter d'un bon petit déjeuner au salon de thé "Les Coursives" à deux pas, et avons dégusté de bonnes pizzas au restaurant "Basilico" très proche également. La récupération des clés s'est très bien passée et les informations fournies par les hôtes sont claires.

Le lit n'était pas confortable, nous avons malheureusement très mal dormi. Il y avait également une odeur de cigarette très désagréable dans la salle de bain. Bien que l'appartement soit bien aménagé et propre, l'entrée dans les parties communes peut faire un peu peur... heureusement que nous avions vu quelques commentaires qui en parlaient avant de venir ! Concernant l'évacuation des poubelles, c'est vraiment à revoir. Devoir les sortir soi-même et les déposer dans une poubelle publique, c'est vraiment très limite.
