A gem of an hotel!

What a fantastic place! Located above a beautiful little village with the mountains and ocean as a backdrop this is a truly special place. Inga spoiled us and is an amazing hostess. The rooms are spacious and super clean. We had a beautiful view also overlooking the pool. Everything is top notch. The outdoor porch is beautiful. The breakfast is amazing! You need a car to get here, but it is not far to get down to Marbella. There were two restaurants close by, one can easily be reached by foot. This place is a gem! And Inga is a diamond!

A beautiful boutique hotel with a wonderful view and incredible hospitality.

A great view, a beautiful and high-quality hotel and a better hostess than Inga simply cannot exist. I have stayed in many hotels in Spain and this is definitely one of the most beautiful and I have never experienced such hospitality anywhere else.

Everything was great at the hotel. I recommend renting a car because it is not possible to walk along the Ronda road, although everything you need is close by. My advice is to definitely check in advance what days the nearby restaurants are open during the winter. For example, the restaurants within walking distance were closed on Sunday and Monday. Since I had a car, it was not a problem at all, just a suggestion for visitors.

A very nice location for exploring the area around Marbella !

Fabulous views looking down towards the sea. Great location for exploring the area. A must, dine at COTO restaurant, literally a couple of minutes from the hotel.

Beautiful villa, fantastic views, smart and comfortable rooms.

The views from the villa are spectacular, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the service was excellent. It is virtually essential to have a car as there is just one restaurant (and no shops) within walking distance. However, this does mean that the property (in a gated community) is incredibly peaceful.

Although my room looked out over the pool and the fantastic view, it had no privacy - unless the curtains were kept closed. Although there was a tiny fridge in my room, unfortunately it had been turned to 'hot' rather than 'cold' when I arrived, and took the best part of a day to cool down.

A Gem, with genuine hospitality

Everything, the boutique hotel is on a gated private estate with parking and we were welcomed very warmly by one of the owners, he was always there to tend to anything we might need. Our room was lovely, bright and spacious, with a fabulous view and nice little touches in the bathroom too. The breakfast was excellent, we were offered choices, nothing was too much trouble. The assisting staff were very nice too, checking that we had everything we might need. Lovely places to sit and relax in the shade or sun. There is a lovely restaurant about a 10 minute walk away for lunch or dinner if you don't want to drive anywhere.

Cosy, peaceful, stunning view.

Cosy and very peaceful guest house with a stunning view in a gated community on the hills. Great breakfast and very attentive host. You do need to have a car or scooter. Will definitely come back

Beware that check in is only from 3pm to 6pm if you are planning to arrive late. early check out is also early at 10.30. That might change in the future I suspect.

The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast service and selection was very good.

As you need a car to get to show and restaurants, the availability of snacks and drinks to purchase would be very useful.

A Very Special Place

This is a very special small hotel in the hills just North of Marbella - away from the madness of the coast, but just a 15 minute drive to the beaches. The breakfast was fantastic every day, with excellent coffee (freshly ground) and vey high quality buffet, but with the option of freshly prepared eggs. The view from the bougainvillea strewn terrace is stunning... all the way to the sea and beyond to Gibraltar. On clear evenings you can see lights from Africa. Our room was very large, stylish and comfortable, the views amazing and the pool warm, and the small gardens beautiful - so what's not to like! But the really memorable thing is the hostess, Inga and her staff. Inga's welcome was so warm, evening though our flight was late and she had to let us in late at night. And throughout our five night stay, she was so smiley, warm and incredibly helpful, going out of her way to make sure that we had everything we could need. A Highly recommended sunny retreat!

A special stay with an exceptional host

Set in a beautiful gated community which feels peaceful and safe, the hotel has gorgeous views and is quiet and calm. The rooms are so well designed and super comfortable. What really sets this place apart, though, is the host. From the moment we arrived to the second we left, Inga was incredible. With an attention to detail, she was kind and super organised, and was there to provide support or solutions and every step of the way. Inga adapted to our working week with flexibility and ensured that we had what we needed each day within a timeline that worked - exceptional. With great advice from her about local spaces, we made use of lovely restaurants and bars nearby and utilised the balcony for light self-catered picnics on the evenings we didn’t want to go out. Breakfast was gorgeous each day and the service from the team was great without exception. Inga is one of the stand out hosts we’ve ever met, we’ll never forget this special place and we hope to be back at some point soon.

Relax e comfort.

L'ospitalità. La proprietaria Inga ci ha accolto calorosamente con un bicchiere di Cava. L'albergo è molto bello e curato con un bellissimo giardino ed una comoda piscina. La vista è bellissima e le colazioni abbondanti. Lo staff ha fatto di tutto per rendere il nostro soggiorno estremamente confortevole. Il parcheggio è molto comodo. Si trova in quartiere protetto ed estremamente calmo e sicuro. Nelle vicinanze ci sono ottimi ristoranti e servizi (market, farmacia). Grazie mille ad Inga ed al suo staff.

Eén groot warm bad

Je kunt geen betere gastvrouw hebben als Ingha, de eigenaresse van het hotel. Zij was steeds bezig met het ons naar de zin te maken. Gewoon een warm bad als je in hotel Maravilla verblijft. Ingha wil reserveringen voor je maken en geeft talloze tips. Wij komen absoluut hier terug!!

Leuke uitvalsbasis voor max 2-3 nachten.

Het uitzicht, de stijl en natuur van de urbanisatie en de afstand tot het strand

Het ontbijt was eerder pover. De omeletten gemaakt door het personeel waren wel lekker. Strandstoelen en matrassen zijn aan vernieuwing toe. Onze kamer had geen verduisterend gordijn in de badkamer wat maakte dat douchen in de avond onmogelijk was door inkijk

Ein wunderschöner Ort zum Erholen und Abschalten

Die traumhafte Aussicht, das leckere Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit freundlicher Bedienung,unser großes Zimmer mit eigener Terrasse. Unsere Anliegen wurden schnell umgesetzt.

Es wäre mehr Sonnenschutz auf der eigenen Terrasse, bzw. am Pool nötig. Wegen der Windverhältnisse vielleicht etwas schwierig, aber nicht unlösbar.

Een pareltje van een verblijf

Ons verblijf was werkelijk uitstekend. Het huis bevond zich op een rustige locatie, weg van alle drukte, waardoor we volledig tot rust konden komen. Het uitzicht was adembenemend: we keken uit over het schilderachtige dorp en de glinsterende zee in de verte. Elke ochtend wakker worden met zo’n panorama was een waar genot. Inga, de gastvrouw was bovendien bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat het verblijf nog aangenamer maakte. Een plek om zeker naar terug te keren!

Erwartungen übertroffen, jederzeit wieder

Die Aussicht auf die "Hollywood Hills", das Meer und den Felsen von Gibraltar waren atemberaubenden. Ein absoluter Traum. Dabei total ruhig gelegen. Das Frühstück wurde genau nach unseren Wünschen frisch zubereitet und auf der Terrasse serviert. Viel frisches Obst, Avocado, Tee, Kaffee, Omelett, Crêpes, Müsli, Brot, ganz individuell nach unseren Wünschen. Inga, die Gastgeberin, hat uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Das Zimmer war geräumig, ganz im spanischen Stil, überall Marmor. Sehr gehoben vom Standard. Alle picobello sauber und ordentlich.
