A cas e Rosa

The location is perfect - the house is located on a quiet, residential street uphill from the main road. From the main road you can catch the bus to Forio Port, the town centre and other places on the island. A beautiful beach - Cava dell Isola is about a 25 minute walk away. I loved having my meals on the terrace. Lucia is an exceptional host who went above and beyond to make me feel at home - she even drove me to the supermarket upon arrival to ensure I had everything I needed. Thank you!!!

L’appartamento è grande e comodo. La fermata del bus è vicinissima alla casa, e questo è particolarmente importante soprattutto nei periodi di grande affollamento in cui risulta impossibile girare in auto per la scarsità di parcheggi e per il traffico. L’unico neo è che gli ultimi 150 metri di strada che conducono all’alloggio sono un po difficoltosi perché la strada è molto stretta. L’host Lucia è stata disponibilissima e gentilissima a consigliarci cosa visitare e ci ha anche regalato i pomodori del suo orto con cui abbiamo fatto un’ottimo piatto di pasta, nel complesso è stato un bel soggiorno e ci siamo sentiti accolti

Il tratto finale di strada perché molto stretto e a doppio senso di percorrenza

Lucia war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, fürsorglich und aufmerksam! Parkplatz vorm Haus in einer Gegend, in der Parkplätze äußerst rar sind - bitte beachten: so gut wie alle Straßen auf Ischia sind eng und nur für kleine Autos geeignet. Daher lieber mit dem Bus fahren!Ausblick von der Terrasse: sensationell. Supermarkt und Infrastruktur fußläufig erreichbar, total ruhig, Häuschen war mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Für das Gebotene war das Häuschen extrem günstig - wir waren zufrieden!

Dusche ohne Vorhang hat uns nicht gestört, aber es sei dazu gesagt: man muss nach dem Duschen aufwischen.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen und zum Abschied gab es auch noch einmal sehr liebe Worte und sogar ein kleines Abschiedsgeschenk. Außerdem war eine Grundausstattung vor Ort, so dass wir nicht gleich in den Supermarkt mussten. Unte eine tolle Aussicht! Und es war sehr sauber :)
