The host was exceptional, the Wifi was also very strong. Great location, loved the windows that looked over Forio. It was also just a few minutes walk to the local market. The apartment itself was adorable, we loved the layout with the two stories and the wooden spiral staircase (be warned though that the staircase is a bit narrow so getting large suitcases up it may be difficult but we had backpacks so it was no problem). We also ate dinner out on the terrace each night. If you use the bus system to get around the island you absolutely have to download the app called Moovit, it was the best app for finding where the bus stop is and which buses you need to take to navigate from place to place. The timing of the buses that the app shows are more like general suggestions though, but if you go to the right stop the bus will eventually come! Also be sure to validate your paper bus ticket in the machines on the bus every time you get on (if you use a single ticket) or the first time you ride the bus if using a multi-day ticket. Anyways, beautiful apartment, great location, great wifi, even better host and family! Will definitely return!
If you sleep with the windows open it gets a bit noisy pretty early in the morning. Not a flaw of the apartment or host, just a fair warning that you may want to close the windows if you want to sleep in.
