Villa al mare perfetta per una famiglia di 4 persone, ma accogliente anche per famiglie piĂą numerose o due coppie. Giardino frontale e tergale molto ben curati, con ampi spazi per godersi il sole e la tranquillitĂ . Per due appassionati di tennis come noi, un campo in sintetico curato e con una vista mozzafiato.

A great holiday home with a large garden in a condominium of about 10 houses in a quiet area. The shared spaces are very well maintained with a fantastic pool (about 20m in length) and tennis court. Large and tastefully decorated living room with beautiful floor tiles. Big table in the back garden for al fresco dining. Kitchen is well equipped. Good shower in the second bathroom. Teresa was kind and helpful with explaining how everything works. Good communication with the hostess who was very responsive.
The kitchen could do with a shine-up; some of the drawers are barely functioning and there's no proper light above the stove, which is quite inconvenient when cooking at night. Compared to the overall excellent experience these are things one can live with, but which also could be fixed without too much effort. The double bed in the master bedroom has a single mattrass, which is set swinging whenever one of it occupants moves, which may be bothersome (it was to us).

The location was a long way from amenities but the views from the pool area were beautiful. The pool area was lovely and well kept, as was our lovely garden. The main living area was clean, spacious and comfortable.
The workman who was on hand to help with hot water and blocked drains was very lovely. He spoke no English but was super friendly and helpful. And the lady who helped us on arrival and various booking was also helpful.
The bathrooms were shockingly bad. Th main bathroom was so small that the door would not open as it jammed up against the sink meaning you had to close the door to reach one side of the bathroom. There was a rust stained bath with no enamel and a shower hose which could only be used in the bath so no possibility of a standing shower in either bathroom. The baths were tiny so everything got soaked if you even attempted to use the hose. Emersion heaters hung over the baths and huge clumps of hair needed to be removed from the plug which had been blocked from arrival.
In the en suite, the taps leaked constantly and the plumbing was so shot that you could smell urine from your bed.
The beds were shocking with ancient mattresses and everyone suffering crippling back aches as a result.
My poor mums room was the worst. There was no hanging space for her dresses, and cupboards were packed to the hilt with old blankets and other belongings.
None of the bedrooms had overhead lights, just a standing lamp in each room. No bedside lights at all.
I don’t know how to recommend overall because we made the best of it and had a lovely time there. I just can’t understand how there was such a huge departure between the well kept grounds and the state of the beds and bathrooms. If it weren’t for those, I’d recommend highly. Shame really.
