Casa molto pulita, moderna e fornita di aria condizionata. Tutto funzionante, proprietario molto gentile e disponibile.
Unica pecca è la posizione della casa con salita abbastanza ripida

La struttura è nuovissima,munita di tutti i servizi e curata in ogni dettaglio, non manca davvero nulla! L'appartamento dispone della connessione wi-fi, TV nella zona giorno e in quella notte, totalmente climatizzata. La cucina è fornita di tutto il necessario e punto di forza e' il terrazzo esterno con barbecue e patio per trascorrere piacevoli serate. L'hosting, Vito, è una persona eccezionale e molto disponibile, accomodante e pronto a rispondere ad ogni necessità. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!

L'appartamento è raggiungibile a piedi, si trova in una situazione tranquilla e dominante, vicina a supermercati e mezzi pubblici. Gli ultimi 3 minuti c'e una salita, che tuttavia per questa destinazione è non è una sorpresa, sicuramente ti porta dove il tramonto è piu' bello, l'aria è piu' fresca e silenziosissimo.
