I wont recommend this property to anyone with this price tag.
For me location was ideal as it was very close to my work place. And this was the olny reason to select this property as I was never been in Goole before and afraid to get late if I slect the others.
Mainly the staircase and the heating of lounge. In two days, I continously kept the lounge heater ON but the lounge heater couldn't warm the room in two days. For me it became very hard to sit on sofa and watch tv because of coldness. The spiral staircase leading to bedroom could harm your soulder with the edge of a wall/roof if you did not pay attention and kept your face up. It was very uncomfortable staircase, especially for long and little heavy person. Very narrow spiral space to go up in the bedroom. Bath shower and room lock was just ok.

Very good
It's a quite and good place to stay. Apart from the fact that the host was a nice person, the people nearby are also nice and welcoming people, from the BURGER SHOP MAN who made a delicious ITALIAN PIZZA for me; he also charged my dead phone for me. I can never forget how the GROCERY SHOP LADY helped me charged my phone for more than 2hours with her charger the second morning because I wasn't with me charger and I needed to boost my phone. Humber is a home away from home.

We loved our little break. The neighbourhood is quiet. There is a shop practically next door plus a great takeaway. I

This wasn’t something that I didn’t like but the staircase would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. I was fine with it.
