Stunning ocean (sound of waves)

Amazing location - Granville Island and English Bay within easy reach. Also bike and scooter rentals practically outside the door, to go a bit further.

The pool was closed for maintenance work during our stay. Nothing the host could do about it, but the children were looking forward to it.

Excellent location, clean, very detailed instructions. Perfect,all around!

It was perfect for us

The host was pleasant to deal with and communicative. The location is very central. Lots of "tech gadgets" like dyson fan, robo vaccuum and electronic blinds.

It's a little tricky to figure out the entrance to the parking garage and the signage in the garage is not good - an "elevator here" sign and "exit" signs would be helpful. Plus you have to go up to the suite to get the fob. Too bad there is not an opportunity for a lock box in the lobby. This was also problematic when leaving the apartment as you need the key fob to get out of the parkade, then you have to find parking to take the fob back up to the 17th floor. The apartment was clean but there is a stale smell of smoke and maybe dog. The small spare room bed and bedding was very smelly and the bed is VERY soft. There were no blankets on the beds, just a thin sheet and thin coverlet. We found a blanket in the cupboard but it had a very strong odour of dog. The furniture looks nice, but is actually quite uncomfortable and dining chairs are stained. There was a nespresso machine but no nespresso pods. There was a coffee machine and a large container of coffee but no cream/milk. All in all for over $300/night, I didn't feel this was great value. Excellent potential though!
