The Location and how responsive and very friendly the host was. The instructions on arrival and for check out were really clear and helpful.
Still towels in the dryer and the lighting in the master bedroom was a little minimal.

The location and the views were extraordinary.
The beds and the bedding were not luxury or very comfortable. The couch/bed was not comfortable to sit on or sleep on and was stained. The interior is not what it looks like in the photos.
