We had a great experience at this spacious 3 bedroom house near UBC. This is a large, comfortable older house with large rooms and convenient location. We liked the character of the house, the relaxing backyard with greenery and the beds were comfortable! It was also a good value for what was included. The host has worked hard to provide everything you might need and make it an enjoyable stay.
It would have been nice to have a sofa that fit all 5 of us for watching a movie together but we made do. Note that the air conditioning was a portable unit in one upper room, not forced air, but it was pleasant weather so it did not affect us.

Good size rooms and comfy beds. Location was good for a short break.
That it wasn't ready when we arrived. Needs some more comfortable seating in the living room. Also could do with some storage for clothes in the main bedroom.
