Air conditioner and fans loud and unsightly Master bathroom bath/shower - difficult to take a shower without spilling water

Excelente ubicación, muy bien conectado y un apartamento con todas las comodidades, incluido el gimnasio y piscina! Muy buena comunicación con el anfitrión, y sobre todo la disponibilidad de plaza de aparcamiento en el edificio.

Poca iluminación de la habitación principal y la bañera del baño principal es incómoda, hasta peligrosa para gente mayor.

The Condo was great! We were a family of four with two teenage boys. One got the extra room and the sofa was long enough for a 6'1 18 year old. Kitchen has EVERYTHING you need and a full fridge. Location is fantastic! We went for the World Cup games and walked to the stadium. The place is in a small cul-de-sac and has a pastry place, a Asian Grocery market where you can pick up eggs, milk, bacon, juice, etc.. Walkable to many great restaurants and the China Town sky train stop is literally up the steps and you can get to anywhere downtown in minutes. Lovely dining table and living room with views for days.

So the thing about Vancouver as one that has been many, many times is be prepared for the AC situation. Central AC that is prevalent in the US is not as widely available in Vancouver. The AC is a portable unit that has a plastic duct out the windows. For the majority of the stay it did it's job, and most days we could open the patio door and use the fans but we experienced a heat wave for two days and with being high up (17th floor) and what seemed like single pane windows it got hot even with the portable units. I did appreciate the blackout curtains in the bedrooms which helped. The only other thing we didn't like was the shower/tub combo in the master bedroom. It's a huge oval tub/shower combo which is great if you want to soak but the tub was a bit slick and very tall and with nothing to grab onto to we opt'd to all shower in the hall bathroom as didn't feel as precarious.

Excellent location. Many restaurants nearby.

City noises, but that is because I’m a country girl!
