About this villa rental
Originally designed as a fishing hideout this villa is completely off grid and independent. It is built from local tropical hardwood nested on concrete posts to offer a nice view of surrounding hills on one side and the lagoon on the other. We have a system of solar panels robust enough to run all the electric equipment in the villa as well as an AC unit in each bedroom and central one in the living room. There are three bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom and a toilet and a door leading to a wrap-around deck where is enough space to sit and admire the nature, bird watch, relax, practice yoga at morning or enjoy a drink while watching the sunset, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining bar-style table. Next to the house are a swimming pool and a deck where you can soak up the sun and a barbeque area with a Maya style oven. We have also a private beach which is accessible only by a boat and is located right at the mouth of the laggon into the sea.
Last Frontiers area is maintained and taken a nonstop care of by two watchmen and their families who permanently live in this area and provide all the necessary services including an airport pick up and drop off, cooking (when requested), can take you to shops, for a hike in the jungle or fishing on the lagoon. They are also happy to assist you with planning and selection of the trips around Belize (Maya pyramids, temples and ruins, ATM cave system, day trips for snorkeling, diving, fishing, visiting reef etc.) Whether you choose to stay at the Last Frontiers and enjoy the tranquility and pristine nature or you opt for more active holiday you can get truly unique experience there.
