The house was secluded, spacious, and comfortable. We loved having the pool area to ourselves.
The house is quite a ways away from San Pedro and the restaurant options nearby are limited, but as long as you have a golf cart, you'll be fine.

I liked how private and secluded it was. The property managers were very responsive and accommodating.
Time from the town to the house should be more specific in the description. Also, the bathroom in the second floor does not have a door which will make it not suitable for multiple people staying in the bunk beds next to the bathroom. The bunk beds are very close together where it makes you feel like you are in a coffin. It will not be suitable for people that suffers from claustrophobia.
Bugs and animal feces that look like it came from rats were found in the mattress of one of the bedrooms in the first floor and one of the bunk beds in the second floor.
The handrails going up to the house were loose.

Big house plenty of room and very private.
Overall the house and grounds were dated and could have been an exceptional value if it was brought up to 100%.
