This is a completely upgraded modern two bedroom one story townhome which offers a full kitchen and bathroom with many amenities. The home is fully equipped to serve a short one night stay or a longer family stay. This space is well equipped with all the necessities in the kitchen, and full refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig), toaster, etc. There is a dinning room table with seating for four. There one bedroom with one queen bed, one futon that can sleep two located in the living room area with a sliding door for privacy. Additionally there is plenty of closet space and one full bathroom with a shower and bathtub combination. The living room features a 55 inch smart television and free wifi. There are plenty of extra blankets and towels provided. As an additional service to our guests we do provide amenities that include k-cup coffee pods, a variety of creamer cups, teas, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Our home does have a private entrance and on street parking sufficient for a uhaul truck and trailer combination.

We can be available throughout your visit to answer any question and offer assistance.

This neighborhood is bike friendly and walkable. There are also bus stops within walking distance and plenty of restaurants in the area. Additionally there is a Whole Foods Market, Sprouts, Neighborhood Walmart, all within a five minute drive.

We are pet friendly. We do charge a pet fee of $50 per pet per stay. If you are in need of a late check out (checkout is 10am), we can assist for an additional $30 fee. Any additional fees will need to be coordinated and paid prior to stay.

You can access the home anytime after 4pm by using the code provided with your check in instructions. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.
