The North East Heights is one of Albuquerque's most sought after locations to live in. This townhouse is located on a quite culdesac and is only a few blocks from Arroyo Del Oso Golf Course. There are great restaurants near by.

Pets: We are DOG friendly, on a case-by-case basis and must be agreed upon, in writing, upon booking. Please review the rules and contact me first. There is an additional pet fee charged based on age/breed/size/quantity of the dog(s) & # of nights stayed. $50 fee is included for 1 dog. If you have more than 1 dog additional fees may be due. Fee reductions considered for 1 night stays, please contact me. NO cats allowed due to severe allergy.
The condo is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, this property is located in a historic neighborhood in the desert. Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug (specifically sugar ants). Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.
GRILL: guest understands this is not a guaranteed amenity. If propane is out we will do our best to arrange for refill when our schedule permits OR if guest refills it we will reimburse for cost so long as the tank is still full upon departure. Guest responsible for drained propane tank if left on irresponsibly.
Parking space is available as directed in the check-in guide. We are not responsible for tickets issued, cars towed/booted or any damage to guest’s vehicles whether from casualty or negligent or intentional wrongful acts of other guests or third parties. Guest waives any and all claims, damages, and/or causes of action for personal injury or property damage against us (the host) for use of the parking space. We are not responsible for any articles left in vehicles.

The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our two night stay. We had our two dogs with us for this stay. I'm so glad we rented this property. The yard was fully enclosed. I would leave the sliding door open and the dogs were able to go in an out freely, just like at home. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. We were gone from the home for a few hours each day and we had no worries about leaving the dogs alone. They stayed inside and in their kennel. I had a small issue getting into the condo at check in, totally my fault. I emailed Taryn and she responded quickly. As she did for all our email correspondence. If you're traveling with your fur babies. This is the home to rent.

We always enjoy our stay at this property. Nice house on a quiet cul-de-sac. Safe and secure yard for our Pugs, and a garage to park in. Taryn is easy to communicate with and very responsive. Close to so many restaurants and shopping. Just a few blocks from I-40 and I-25, very convenient.

Broken lamp in bedroom, pillows were super hard, very hard to deal with host- seemed confused about communications, and a small double bed and a king- not good for four women
