Bobby was an excellent host. He knew we would be arriving late and sent photos of our parking space and suite so that we knew we were in the right place. He went the extra mile to ensure our anniversary weekend was truly special. The suite was spotless, the bed was comfy and the hot tub super clean. The floating dock was perfect for mid evening drinks. Perfect place to spend a vaction.

Beautiful and very comfortable one bedroom with private hot tub and dock. Bobby was kindly accommodating of an early check in and very helpful with acclimating us to the suite. You can easily walk to Main Street in Saranac and it's the perfect location for day trips to Placid and Whiteface. We would happily return to the Birch Suite!

there was no mention of the construction going on to the entire building - our little unit and the manager's unit were the only ones livable.
Lake front was true but overrated for April and our purpose of observing the solar eclipse. It was unsuitable for observing the eclipse.
Bobby, the manager (owner?) was mostly unavailable by phone for an urgent question though very accommodating when we did speak. Email or phone provided disappointing and slow methods of communication.
