The place was amazing. Clean and welcoming. Condition was very good. Would recommend for anyone visiting the area or touring Paul Smith College

Great property for a getaway. Clean inside and out. Wish we had more time to utilize the boats. Road noise was a thing; if you are looking for uber quiet lake stay, be aware the other side of the lake is a well traveled road.The town, food, farmer's market, Waterhole are a ten minute easy walk.Stairs could potentially be an issue for anyone with knee issues. Stairs to loft are a step and a half. Parking was funky, but not difficult.
