Best value for a private pool house in all of Venice! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home feels brand new. Everything has been updated and a heated saltwater pool installed in 2020, including a lanai and privacy landscaping for outdoor relaxing and enjoyment. A short walk to shops and restaurants. Less than two miles from Venetian Waterway Park. Five-minute drive to downtown shops and dining, 2 more to Venice beach! Extra parking area available for cars, boat, RV, etc.
If this is your first visit to Venice or if you are a seasoned Venice visitor, you owe it to yourself to be pampered and enjoy all Venice has to offer. Seabird is quiet, comfortable and convenient to beaches, shopping, restaurants and some of the best golf courses in Florida! Boat rental is available at the marina only 3 miles from your door.
A supply of toilet paper and basic soaps are provided upon arrival. Replenishments are the responsibility of guests.

The house was exactly what we needed to spend spring break in FL but also be near family that we needed to visit. The pool was clean and nice, the backyard landscaping gives the pool and yard privacy. Quiet neighborhood and only a short distance to the beach. House was clean and had everything we needed.

The hosts were extremely responsive with anything that came up. The house is clean and updated and the pool was amazing .
It was nice to come home from beach and to be able to relax in the pool. The house is close to island (Venice) and is in a residential neighborhood. The lot has amazing landscaping with plenty of mature palm trees. The three bedrooms home allowed me to have friends drop in and my granddaughter to visit for a week.
