Discover this 2-bedroom manufactured home in Venice just over 1st bridge. Walk, Bike, or drive to Venice Avenue less than 1/2 mile away. Rare to find a place this close to the island. Venice Beach is 1.5 miles away. Aldi, Publix, TJ Maxx, Coffee only 1/2 mile. Park your car and walk or bike over the bridge for dinner, ice cream, fudge, or hunting for shark teeth.
Guests step into a serene space designed for relaxation, featuring two bathrooms for added convenience. The interior stays comfortable year-round with air conditioning and heating. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet morning, this enchanting retreat offers an enjoyable stay. Living area: there is a couch and 2-seater sofa plus 3 extra chairs to allow guests to spread out to watch TV or just relax with a book.
Kitchen: all major appliance, including a dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker, drip coffee maker, Microwave and basic cooking needs.
Dining area: an expandable table with 4 chairs plus more seating at the breakfast bar.

2nd bedroom: 2 XL Twins (comfortable for adults or children)
Common area: Inflatable queen mattress can sleep 2 (please request this or it will be stored away)
