Fully furnished 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, open floor plan with amazing sunrise and sunset views. Great fishing year round - snook, tarpon, red fish, & snapper. Manatee watching April-May-June and on & off through the rest of the year. Kayaking East to Myakka or West to Venice Jetty’s. 2 miles from Nokomis Beach. 2 miles to downtown Venice. Quiet private road access. Legacy trail less than 1 mile away. Kayaks , fishing poles and shark tooth rakes provided. BBQ grill on site. 1 car garage.

The whole house was great! Very peaceful! We did get to see a small shark in the canal behind the house we were very surprised! Shane was a great host and gave me heads up on recent change in the house before arriving. I definitely would stay here again.

The house has a great location. Nice, updated interior and well equipped kitchen. The host was available and very friendly. The home is conveniently located for parks, beaches and good dining. We would definitely recommend.
