Great house! We enjoyed the pool as well as the beach. The host was so helpful and quick to respond. Great location easy access to downtown Venice . We would definitely stay again

Everything with the exception of the air conditioning was perfect. AC can’t keep up and upon check in the host had it set to 78. It took all night to cool the house to a comfortable level. Had issues the whole week with it holding less than 76. Had to leave house unlocked three days in a row for tech to come check it and it still wasn’t fixed. Host said had been having issues with it for months. Everything else was perfect! Great home, location to beach and peaceful neighborhood. The pool and outside areas was the best. Came in handy with the struggling AC.
