About this cottage rental
Great location to enjoy all that Fairhope has to offer: Take walks (or ask to rent our Golf cart) to the Fairhope Pier to catch amazing sunsets and to downtown Fairhope-restaurants, shopping, and parks; or head the other direction to the popular Gambinos Restaurant! We are just a couple minute drive from The Grand Hotel and Golf Course; a 30 minute drive to Foley where you can stop in Bagel Boy to order a delicious bagel sandwich, or catch a roll and dinner at the famous Lamberts, and browse Tanger Outlets; keep heading south a bit and run into Gulf Shores Public Beach!
Pop’s Country House by the Bay is nestled on a quiet street one block off the Bay. It features a King bed in the first bdrm, two twins in the second bdrm (also a trundle that can add another twin if needed) and a full-size pull-out sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked, and there is a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. Enjoy the enclosed eat-in front porch, and waive to the many friendly locals passing by. There is also a large back deck with a gas grill and charming fire table. The yard is fenced and the cement driveway provides a parking area.

Sixteen day stay at great privately owned cottage in quite safe neighborhood. Property was very clean. We made at least one meal a day in the well equipped kitchen and used the new washer and dryer. Air conditioned front enclosed porch and large covered new backyard deck including propane grill and fire pit. Owner responsive to any communication.

Clean inside and out. The Hosts did not skimp on providing everything we needed to feel at home. You can walk to watch sunset from the outdoor restaurant/bar, The Blind Tiger (TBT) or into downtown. Hang out at the backyard gas fireplace, coffee/wine on the front porch, take a walk or bike ride, this cottage is just right! And the bed is very comfy. We hope to be back for a longer stay!

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the surrounding neighborhood was quiet and felt safe! We also loved how close the house was to downtown too! We would definitely stay here again.
