Perfect for a Fairhope weekend getaway or week+ family vacation, this property is located in the HEART of downtown Fairhope! Every inch of this charming coastal LOFT was thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable, cozy and airy stay, featuring dramatic HIGH ceilings.
At Book Montrose, we care about your experience and as such, we've outfitted this home with AMENITIES to make your stay luxurious and for you to feel right at home!
In the kitchen, you'll find a stovetop, granite non-stick cookware (full set), Moccamaster gourmet drip coffee maker, designer retro Haden toaster oven, Chef's cutting board and knife set and more. The kitchen was outfitted by people who like to cook, and we've chosen items that we personally use and love in our own homes!
Other amenities include ultra high-speed Wi-Fi, a Marshall Bluetooth speaker for your tunes, a large 65 in latest 4K Google smart TV, a writer's desk with a 4k monitor with easy laptop hookup, and a washer and dryer.
In both of the bedrooms, you will find a hotel-quality KING bed with super comfortable mattresses, pillows and linens, all hand-picked and extensively tested by our sleep-obsessed team to ensure a rejuvenating night's rest! In the living room, you'll find a Twin XL day bed with a full set of extra linens and pillows. In the bathroom are spa-quality toiletries.
Sleeping arrangements (5 people total): 1 BR with King bed + 1 BR with King bed + 1 Twin XL size day bed

We loved everything about our stay. The location is fantastic. The layout was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked and we loved the little garden and the convenient garage parking. It is such a lovely place and we will absolutely stay again and again! Highly highly recommend!

Perfect location! Accommodations perfect: clean, comfy bed, cute loft, cute outdoor area, great communication. Two block (easy walk) to shops and restaurants. Amazing waterfront in Fairhope. You can also walk to waterfront (8 minutes). Pier is very accessible for wheelchairs or scooters. A gem in a fabulous town. Would definitely come back.

Wonderful Stay in Fairhope!We absolutely loved our stay at this property in Fairhope, AL. It was immaculately clean and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the pier, local shops, and great dining spots. It’s ideal for anyone wanting to explore Fairhope on foot.The host was very responsive and helpful, quickly answering our questions and making sure we had everything we needed.A couple of small suggestions: adding a place to hang bath towels in the bathroom would be convenient, and a motion-activated security light in the carport would be a nice safety feature.Overall, we highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!
