The house was in a great location and we enjoyed our stay. We were there for a wedding and it was very centrally located. Walt let us check in a bit early so that was convenient.

Lots of room for two. Eight steps to house and more to upstairs king-size bedroom. Good host. All was good except we have trouble with steps. Great town and great older home. We enjoyed a wonderful 60th anniversary!

The Bolton House was the perfect choice for our family to spend a long weekend, visiting family in Fairhope. Easy walk to the Bay or downtown. Wonderful location, next to a park, in the lovely Fruit and Nut area of Fairhope. Charming cottage that my wife and kids loved.
Mr Bolton was great to work with. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Fairhope.
