This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sleeps up to 5 guests and features a stylish design, luxury amenities, and a private patio with propane grill and barrel sauna! Enjoy the convenience of downtown living with easy access to local shops and eateries.
The Space:
Perfect for a Fairhope weekend getaway or week+ family vacation! Every inch of this charming cottage was thoughtfully re-designed to ensure a comfortable, cozy and airy stay, featuring HIGH ceilings.
In the kitchen are granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, granite non-stick cookware (full set), Moccamaster gourmet drip coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster oven, chef's cutting board and knife set, plenty of serving and mixing bowls, wine glasses, baking sheet/pan set, blender, and more. The kitchen was outfitted by people who like to cook, and we've chosen items that we personally use and love in our own homes!
Outside of the kitchen, you will find other amenities such as Ultra high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace desk (with monitor and easy laptop hookup) and task chair, the latest generation Marshall Bluetooth speaker, three of the latest 4K Roku smart TVs, and brand-new washer and dryer.
In the bedrooms, you will find hotel-quality beds, mattresses, pillows and linens - all hand-picked (and extensively tested by our sleep-obsessed team!) - to ensure a rejuvenating night's rest. In the bathrooms are spa-quality toiletries, and showers with premium shower heads.
Out back, you will find a commercial-quality gas grill, dining table with chairs, and your very own wood barrel SAUNA!
In terms of location, this home provides unique access to the best of Fairhope. Located in the heart of downtown, you can take a quick walk to Fairhope's many shops and eateries in just minutes! Or stroll down Fairhope Ave, or Magnolia Ave to the Fairhope Pier and beach in 0.4 miles!

As always, this Montrose property did not disappoint! It was well appointed, extremely clean, and within walking distance to everything! The reserved parking in downtown was great! My friends and I will definitely be back!
