This three-bedroom cottage is ideal for wedding guests, visitors coming to see family, or anyone spending time in Fairhope. You’re just 4 minutes from the Grand Hotel and 7 minutes from downtown Fairhope with its shopping, dining, and events.
Just a quick heads-up: this is an older home built in the early 1980s. Some updates have been made (including kitchen counters, ceilings, and doors), while other features — such as the floors — are original and show normal wear consistent with the home’s age. The home is priced accordingly and offers strong value for a clean, well-located three-bedroom house in Fairhope.
The cottage has a back porch, a large backyard, and privacy fencing on both sides. The entire place is yours — the owners do not live on or next to the property.

Comfortable seating for the whole group and a TV mounted at eye level — not high on the wall. Fast Wi-Fi makes streaming easy after a long day visiting family or attending events.

Michael was probably the more attentive and communicative VRBO I have ever had. He went out of his way to be accomodating. The place was clean and nice though understand while it says "house" the property is a (nice) double wide.

The house was in baad need of repairs. Very old and not updated at all! At least the air conditioning worked well and the sheets were clean.
