Beautiful apartment located in Sirmione, within a residential complex with shared swimming pool.The home is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator; guests are welcomed into the living room, consisting of a comfortable sofa, dining table with chairs, TV and open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, juicer and American coffee machine.A French window leads to the private terrace equipped with a table and comfortable outdoor armchairs, overlooking the shared swimming pool of the residential complex and the lake.The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, the master one is equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed and a wardrobe, the second bedroom is instead furnished with a single bed and a wardrobe.The layout of the apartment is completed by the bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and bidet.The flat is equipped with a central ventilation system in all rooms, heat pump and a washing machine located in the hallway.The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. A swimming cap could be required.*Guests will collect the keys at the Welcome Point in Località Rovere 2, Desenzano del Garda, 25015.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
