Sirmione is a small locality on the southern shore of Lake Garda and at the end of a 4 km long peninsula jutting into the lake. Numerous villas, churches such as Santa Maria Maggiore or San Pietro in Mavino, beautiful frescoes, unique archways, and bell towers are just a few reasons to visit the town. The town offers a wide range of activities for all ages. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

The swimming pool with whirlpool = The total water surface area is 281 square metres and the height measured from the overflow edge is constantly 1.35 m, while in the whirlpool tub the depth is 0.90 m. Children's pool = it is a pool for children and has a shape with 7 straight sides, with a maximum length of 23.50 metres and a maximum width of 12.00 metres. The total surface area of the tank is 238 square metres and has a minimum depth of 0 ml and a maximum of 0.80 ml. The opening of the pool also depends on the weather.
