Located in the prestigious town of Sirmione, a few steps from the Lake and the beach, apartment on the second floor of a small complex of houses, for a group or family vacation for up to 3 people! The apartment welcomes guests with the bright living room equipped with a comfortable single sofa bed, flat-screen TV, dining table with chairs and open kitchen fully equipped with oven, microwave, American coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster. The living room overlooks the balcony furnished with a dining table with chairs for breakfasts and dinners outdoors! The accommodation continues with the hallway equipped with a large closet and washing machine. The sleeping area consists of a queen-size bed, closet and air conditioning. A bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet completes the layout.Amenities such as free Wi-Fi and air conditioning will be available in the accommodation.*At arrival or a few days before arrival you may be required to pay a tourist tax, the amount of which varies according to local regulations.
