Résidence située dans un quartier calme et pavillonnaire. Proche de toutes commodités La piscine est très appréciée tout comme la Clim Appartement très bien équipé
Le matelas du canapé est obsolète ce n’est pas digne d un couchage Les places de parking ne sont pas adaptées aux suv ou véhicules de ce genre. En plus certaines places sont occupées par des vélos. Mieux vaut se garer dans la rue. Il faut revoir le délai de réponse difficile de joindre du personnel

consiglio: quando leggete wonderful italy passate oltre
il televisore modello francobollo, il frigo spento all'arrivo, il balcone ha il passaggio degli altri condòmini e quindi non c'è un minimo di privacy e inoltre il motore del condizionatore soffia aria calda sulle sedie del balcone. La gestione di wonderful italy è stata allucinante. Secondo me non sanno neanche che cosa gestiscono. Il chip per inserire i rifiuti nei cassonetti NON ERA AUTORIZZATO e quindi ho dovuto riportarmi in cucina i rifiuti compostabili. Il fabbricato confina con una vigna e immagino com'è salutare l'aria quando fanno i trattamenti.

Fijn verblijf op de bovenste etage met uitzicht op de bergen.
Rustig gelegen appartement tussen de Italianen. Op de 2e verdieping ( bovenste) met terras in de schaduw , voorzien van meubilair . Uitzicht over de wijk (laagbouw) richting Gardameer Achtertuin is een wijngaard met wijnhuis . Appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien , vooral airco noodzakelijk met temperaturen van 35 graden Auto parkeren op het terrein wat is afgesloten Zwembad ! Prima bedden , maar oncomfortabele kussens ( 2 rollen) Op loopafstand van het Gardameer met diverse restaurants , bakker en supermarkt. Aanbeveling: restaurant Ciclone voor de beste pizza!
Douche zou iets groter mogen zijn en geen douchegordijn . Geen schaduw bij het zwembad en geen parasol beschikbaar Meer keuze in kussens Contact met verhuurder ( Wonderful Italy ) verloopt heel traag en zonder het gewenste resultaat .
