Location excellent for our zipworld adventure. Great local walks.
Neighbors signs are a little intimidating.
A few more mugs in the kitchen would be nice.

Good location with a Tesco express close by. There is a path behind the house that leads directly to the Ogwen Cycle trail. Very quiet area etc. lots of secure storage for bikes.
There is a definite size limit for the access road & parking space. We have a BMW X1 & it was very much on the limit.
