Lovely location, very picturesque and hot tub was excellent
Accommodation is small and reasonable - as expected but hot tub made it
Cleanliness was ok but could have been better - lots of cobwebs inside and on deck in furniture
Staff were very polite pleasant and knowledgable
WiFi was good - as website said none so very pleased to have this when arrived
Tv inside was temperamental
Shower was great and bigger than expected
Swept cobwebs off furniture & inside
Hand towel to use - or state to bring own

Wonderful location.
Hot tub was gorgeous.
Nothing that bad and didn’t affect enjoyment but……..
net curtain was moldy- a little patch
Wardrobe appeared to have lost it’s back as insulation was visible
Bathroom radiator was rusty
Could have done with a hairdryer

Hot tub with a view, comfy beds and all the kitchen bits we needed
Not cleaned great in places - bathroom was dusty behind the bin things not moved when cleaned. Rust on the rads

The location is perfect and the hot tub was fantastic. Nice and tidy when we arrived. The site has wi-fi and a nice restaurant-bar which caters for vegans and gluten-free. Staff in reception were really friendly. I’d love to stay again.
A few reviews mentioned the beds being uncomfortable etc etc, they were no more uncomfortable than every other caravan bed, the space available and beds are to be expected when booking a caravan.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like and this isn’t a fault as I doubt it can be helped but there is obviously a fight against mould/damp due to being so close to the waterfall. There were a few patches restarting and a bit on the main bedroom netting however the van did get very humid when the windows were closed.
