Perfect spot for North Wales activities!

One of the cleanest and vest kept properties we have stayed in! Although the property doesn't look much from the outside, it is spacious, light and extremely inviting and comfortable inside. Having a dedicated parking space out the back was an absolute godsend! Perfect spot, 5mins from Zip World. 15mins from Bangor or the nearest beach for dog walking. Lovely local pubs and shops nearby. Perfect. Host was also very helpful and extremely accommodating.

Decent place which is in a good location for walking, homely and warm with shops nearby.

Central for Bangor, Capel and Colwyn. Decent sized place. Felt homely and was nice and warm.

A few improvements would have made this a 10 score. Bedding felt old worn and bobbly. The towels were foisty. The kitchen table and chairs felt like it was going to collapse - there is a bolt missing from one of the chairs which made it a bit of a death trap!

Nice cottage from which to explore North Wales

Lovely cottage in a great location. Responsive owner when contacted over a problem. Great shower. Spacious living room. A lot of choice of local takeaways.

Although the property was clean, I have to mention that we could tell dogs had stayed there because there was an odour downstairs. Not everyone would notice this, but people who do not have dogs might find it off-putting. The only room with decent clothes storage was the double room. The twin room would definitely benefit from a wardrobe and some drawers.

It was in a great location and it was very clean

Mono street parking which would of helped with me having mobility issues atm but the parking was good at the back Host pointed out that the road was tight and to be careful which was correct and much appreciated

Lovely home from home stay, with pubs and a Tesco Express within walking distance.

It was in a great location to all the local attractions, yet far enough away to be off the main track. The decoration and furniture made it feel like home from home.

The parking round the back was tight, but managed it fine and it was highlighted as well, with alternative areas to park.

The property was at the top of a steep winding road and the views from the car park are fantastic. Only the very fit can walk up from the shops so you do need a car. Shame the pub opposite was closed. Good location for Zip World though

A perfect , comfy home from home location for exploring snowdonia!

Location was brilliant for zip world, Penrhyn- 5mins, and also a lovely 30 mins drive to zip world betws-y-coed. Next time we are in Snowdonia will will definitely stay here to visit Llanberis, Anglesey, Conway, perfect location. The house is like a tardis! from the outside, it looks quite small but inside there was plenty of space for 5 adults.

Basic house close to Snowden. Would only recommend for short stay for four people max. Bring a lot of your own amenities

Property was in an excellent location for all the local attractions from Snowdonia to Zip line, to driving over to Anglesey.

Sadly the property was not that clean on arrival. There was no basic hand soap in the bathroom or kitchen (which after a long drive you’d like to just wash your hands). Not enough loo roll was provided. Many amenities listed were missing such as a hairdryer as advertised (searched all rooms and drawers). House sleeps five but the dining table in the kitchen only has space for four. This should be advertised. It’s really only a property for four. Recycling was already overflowing on our arrival making it hard to add things. Check out time was also very early for being on holiday and relaxing. 11am might be kinder to guests, especially as check in is also very late at 4pm.

Parking was a bit tight and the road up there had a couple of largish pothole filled with water due to the rai but not a big deal if you drive slowly.
