Comfy, clean and beautiful home

A beautiful well kept and clean home in a great location. The hosts were lovely, brilliant through the booking process and the stay and some great recommendations, we tried out the natural swimming spot that’s near by and would recommend!

The only thing I’d add would be more substantially equipped kitchen for cooking, a big enough saucepan etc to cook for the 8 that it can hold.

Good location for Zip world

Hosts provided all necessary information prior to arrival and were responsive to messages during our stay. The house is lovely. The bedrooms are nice, clean and beds comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast. Good location for zip World.

The furniture in the lounge isn't very comfortable. If you want to eat out there aren't many options in Bethseda, the only place within walking distance (that we could find) was at Ogwen bank caravan/lodge site. So we had to go further a field in the car on an evening.

A wonderfully presented property, our stay was very comfortable.

Lovely character and decor, very clean and an ideal position. The garden was an excellent asset.

The fridge / freezer was too small for the number of people the property catered for. This makes it hard to be self catering. The dishwasher is a half size, so once again it doesn’t do a complete meal.

Lovely place in a lovely part of the world.

Loved the location near the Penrhyn Quarry Zip Wire and other amazing walks both from the house and short places in the car. The bedrooms were great - very comfy and we appreciated the welcome milk and Prosecco. We really utilised the dining room snd for the 7 adults, the three bathroom/ toilets were a plus! The owners who live on site were lovely and welcoming. Sharing their history, garden and feeding the chickens

Felt the kitchen was a little small if we’d stayed any longer and cooked for the family more. We only cooked breakfast and this was ok but any more and we might have struggled but it was well stocked and everything was to hand.

The whole house suited us perfectly. Lovely touches like having milk and some fizz in the fridge was extra special.

If we could we would have stayed for an extra week (or month!)

Picturesque location with amazing views of the mountains from almost every window. Super close to Zip world and Bangor and within walking distance of the shops and a load of other walks. The hosts were amazing and super friendly and the chickens and dogs were a great hit! The property was a perfect size for the seven of us but I can see more fitting comfortably. Spoilt for choice with the three toilets on the property alongside the en suite and bath. Lovely place to stay with a lot of character in every room and the garden is amazing when the weather coopeerates.

The only thing that comes to mind would be that we couldn't stay for longer and that the weather didn't behave for one of the days that we were there. No complaints at all about the property or the host, highly recommend!

Fantastic property

Fantastic location for what we needed, hosts were friendly and helpful, let my little one feed the chickens too. The house was perfect and spacious for us, the gardens were great and there were lots of little extras such as TVs, games, etc

Nice but need better utilities

Location and house are fab. Owners extremely helpful

Heating was controlled by owner and house was very cold on top floor. Cooker and fridge didn't work well Using dishwasher blocks entrance to kitchen. Its not a kitchen for 7 people. We had noticed it was small before going but the oven doesn't work well making it hard work to feed everyone and fridge froze the food Beautiful house, just needs some tweaks to make it more suitable for groups and warmer The owners could not have been more helpful but we would have liked the heat to come on in the morning and at 5am the day we were leaving as requested. It's difficult to have to ask for heat to come on when returning from a wet track and not knowing if will. Top rooms were perishing through the nights and to get up in the morning, and this was mid April (although we had thunderstorms). Beds were comfy.
