Stunning Apartment !!

Absolutely stunning view from the apartment. Lovely pool and facilities such as tennis courts, play ground area for kids and a short walk to the beach. There is a small restaurant/bar down by the beach which was OK but we didn't use this much as preferred the lovely beach front in Villajoyosa which had many options. The apartment was spacious, clean, modern and served all purposes extremely well. The kitchen appliances and utensils supplied were perfect and abundant. Towels, soaps and toilet rolls supplied which is sometimes not included from previous experiences elsewhere. Tennis racquets and other games/toys for adults and kids provided an added bonus. The location just out of the Main town Villajoyosa is idealic, especially for the setting. Trains/ buses a stone throw away if no rental car as slightly longer walk to Villajoyosa but definitely reachable by foot if you don't have young children.

We have no complaints but would like to suggest possibly adding a booklet for tourist attractions/restaurants in the area and information on the trains and buses to the main towns.

Very Nice stay

Decorated and kitted out to a high standard, the owners definitely have a lovely eye. A few nice little additional touches too, like chocolates on the bed

Just what we needed in the depth of winter - sunshine, sea and beautiful views.

The views were outstanding. The property was well furnished and maintained with everything needed in the kitchen cupboards. It was warm and the jacuzzi bath was a bonus. There is a lovely pool and tennis courts.

It was quite isolated so you would need a car. Luckily we had friends who collected us. In the summer there are various pop up restaurants on the beach and also a luxury hotel very close by. There was nowhere to eat or shop within walking distance however we did see a bus that stopped on the complex.

La struttura era conforme in tutto alla descrizione. Proprietari super gentili e pronti ad ogni esigenza del cliente. L’abitazione era pulitissima e fornita di ogni comodità: lavastoviglie, forno, lavatrice, aspirapolvere, phon, piastra, ferro da stiro professionale, tendaggi motorizzati, camera matrimoniale splendida con vista mozzafiato. 5 stelle meritatissime.

Las vistas son espectaculares , súper limpio y tiene de todo Hasta lo que no te esperas , súper amplio . Chiringuito y restaurante cerca , la playa está literalmente a 2 pasos y es súper privada . Defitivamente 10/10

Excelentes vistas, cómodo apartamento para unos días de descanso

El host es un encanto, tuvimos un problema con la reserva por error nuestro y conseguimos solucionarlo de forma fácil. El apartamento está muy bien, en la cocina hay muchísimos utensilios. lo mejor para mí han sido las vistas. Todo el tiempo puedes estar viendo el mar tanto en la habitación como en el salón. Hay una playa (de piedras) al pie del edificio. Hay canchas de tenis y la piscina no estaba masificada en las fechas en las que hemos ido. Respecto a la ubicación está a unos 20 minutos de Alicante y a unos 20 minutos de Benidorm con lo cual que es posibilidades de ir a ambos lados fácilmente. hemos estado en una estancia familiar y tanto los peques como nosotros nos lo hemos pasado muy bien y hemos estado muy cómodos
