If you want to waste your money, then go for it…

Nothing. Dirty flat, washroom, kitchen. Lack of amnesties in washrooms, kitchen is unable to use, location is too far from the centre

STAY AWAY! Shithole full of mould and dirt!

This apartment is a shithole full of mould ,dirty , with broken doors and leaking pipes. There's hardly any parkplace to find, and the block plagued by kitchenbugs, rats and mice.If you want to take a quick shower , you'll have to wait 15+ minutes until you get warm water. The drain in the shower doesn't work.The administrator of the apartment does not give a f... about customer complains. If you have Asthma or allergies stay away from this shithole. Worst apartment ever!

a small inconvenience was the shower cabin, it was missing the doors so when showering, water spilled out but we mopped the floor after so no big deal

Cozy and close to the center

The apartment was excellent—cozy and conveniently close to the city center. While the building itself is a bit old, the elevator was working properly, and everything was great. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

マンションの一室を借りる感じで地元民のようでワクワクした。チェックイン・アウトのシステムも簡単。部屋は清潔。キッチンも洗濯機も全部揃ってる。夜遅くにシャワーのお湯が出なくてオーナーに連絡したら秒で返信をくれたのが素晴らしいと思った(お湯が出るまで5分くらい待つ)

キッチンだけもう少し清潔だと良いなと思う

Stay away from this shithole, the host is so rude against you if you do a minor mistake like I did

Am vrut să fac check-inul la ora 13 însă nu am putut să mă cazez la ora aceea deoarece o femeie pe nume Cristina trebuia să facă curat și mi-a permis să-mi las bagajele doar. In rest este o cazare la un preț bun, ușor de găsit și ai în apropiere cam tot ce vrei tu (malluri, fast food-uri, ușor de mers la piața Unirii,Victoriei etc.) Stiu ca ce voi scrie aici nu va avea legatura cu sectiunea aceasta "ce mi-a placut", dar avand in vedere ca nu pot sa mai adaug text la sectiunea "nu-mi place" voi scrie aici ce mai am de scris. In primul rand proprietarul e boz**r - cor***ura (jumate RO - jumate HU). Ce nume e Egyed? Nume de boa***ina In al doilea rand, cei mai multi HU care traiesc in Romania sunt foarte ********** cu RO, ei nu ne suporta pe noi , iar noi nu-i suportam pe ei. A vazut proprietarul ca sunt RO si ca am facut acea greseala cu cheile ce-o fi zis "hai sa ma i-au de pr***ul asta ca-i RO nu-l sufar". Ca na omul greseste in viata si este complet normal sa gresesti. Bineinteles am fost facut si "anoetic" si ca vorbeste des cu sotia sa despre mine. Am fost contactat de catre acesta si prin wha***pp cum de se i-a de poza mea de profil etc. Dupa ce l-am blocat din toate contactele mele a inceput sa ma sune atat cu numar privat cat si cu numar din Singapore. M-a sunat de 2 ori cu numar din Singapore dar evident ca nu va recunoaste asta n-ar avea de ce atata timp cat e HU, obsedat sa ia Ardealul si toate cele.

La baie nu se poate închide fereastra când cineva vrea să facă duș, prosop de baie nu există la suportul de prosoape dar există în schimb prosoape de față, iar în dulapul situat deasupra mașini de spălat erau goale cam tot ce se afla înăuntru ( săpun, detergent Ariel etc.) Apa nu a mers în ultima noapte când trebuia să predau camera dimineața (nici caldă, nici rece) aerul condiționat merge destul de greu când trebuie sa dea aer in cameră. La perdeaua care duce la balcon este murdară. In bucătărie la chiuvetă se afla neigiena pe masă. In partea stângă cand voiam să deschid prima ușă mereu era cat pe ce să-mi cadă în cap ușa respectivă din cauza balamalei scoase .Dupa cateva ore de cand am parasit cazarea, am fost sunat de catre proprietar intrebandu-ma unde sunt cheile si a inceput sa-mi faca un scandal ca nu am reusit sa pun cheile in cutia in care trebuia pusa fapt ce este adevarat ca nu pusesem in cutia neagra, dar daca nu functiona de niciun fel indiferent de codul dat de catre proprietar si neavand suficient timp la dispozitie sa prind autocarul de la ora 10 dimineata cu care am avut de mers 11 ore pana la mine acasa nu am mai avut timpul necesar sa mai deschid.Am incercat sa-l contactez si mereu imi dadea linie ocupata. I-am explicat faptul ca acea cheie am pus-o intr-o cutie gri care are un simbol cu un deget in sus dupa care mi-a inchis telefonul peste 1 min si apoi am fost resunat facandu-mi scandal ca de alta cheie face rost doar daca se duce la 50km de oras si ca ii va lua 2 ore pana se duce-intoarce ca mai vin si alti clienti, am fost nevoit sa-mi cer scuze de cel putin 3-4 ori dar nu a vrut sa ma inteleaga si mi-a interzis sa mai vin vreodata la aceasta cazare sau sa mai incerc sa ma cazez aici vreodata.Mi-a spus ca nici nu-l intereseaza cat am platit la aceasta sedere sau cu ce nota evaluez; am zis sa dau o nota decenta de 7.5 -8 ca sa-i maresc media putin acolo dar nu,mi-a spus doar ca ce-am facut eu este un minus mare. 95 de euro sa fie atunci XD

Locatie excelenta, foarte aproape de centru

La un pas de centrul orasului, locatie perfecta cu tot ce ai nevoie in jur, magazine, restaurante, statii de transport in comun. Camera este mare si incapatoare, cafeaua de dimineata a fost savirata pe terasa apartamentului de unde ai o priveliste mirifica. Ai tot ce iti trebuie in apartament pentru o sedere fara griji. Revenim cu siguranta.
