Small basement flat in an amazing location

Nice place to stay overnight. It’s dog friendly which is an awesome bonus. Easy on street parking which is free over the weekend and not expensive otherwise. Lovely leafy residential neighbourhood with coffee shops nearby. The flat is small and it’s in the basement so there’s not a lot of light and the bathroom doesn’t have great ventilation.

Great location, free parking, new apartment

Great location with free parking on the street (always available) and only a 5-minute stroll to the city center. Recently constructed apartment ideal for up to three individuals. The apartment is situated in the basement, yet it boasts two sizable windows, so its basement location is hardly noticeable. Upon your arrival, you'll find the apartment key conveniently stored in a wall box so no need to arrange to meet with the owner. The owner is exceptionally amiable and committed, eager to ensure your stay is as cozy as can be.

Bella location. Cura della casa. Parcheggio free e sicuro fuori il palazzo.

Centralità. Cura della casa. Il propietario non l'ho conosciuto. Fatto tutto con le indicazioni. Molto disponibile a farmi lasciare i bagagli nella hall per fare un giro in comodità in città. Ci ritornerei senz'altro

Cuscini talmente morbidi che quasi erano inesistenti. Coperte da letto singolo su letto matrimoniale. Sono italiano. La presenza e l'empatia sono la prima cosa. Mi piacerebbe conoscere chi mi accoglie. Ma ho notato che è una pratica diffusa.

Locatia este in apropiere de centrul orasului la cca 12 min de mers pe jos.Zona relativ linistita.Nu am avut probleme cu zgomotul.Cladirea in care se afla apartamentul este cu iz istoric, arata foarte frumos si beneficiaza de o curte interioara unde se poate servi cafeaua. Exista loc de parcare aproape. Proprietarul s-a asigurat ca nu ne lipseste nimic si s-a oferit sa ne aduca ce aveam nevoie, daca era cazul, ceea ce este un plus

Linia de tranvai trece fix prin fata geamului.Nu au fost probleme din pct de vedere al zgomotului, dar e bine de mentionat.

Era acogedor y cerca al centro de la ciudad

En si toda la casa estaba llena de mierda. Nos tuvo 1h en la calle porque tenía que terminar de limpiar, lo entendería si estuviera limpio. El fregadero lleno de mierda, la ducha con un montón de pelos, las habitaciones con pelos en el suelo, migas… Le dije al propietario que nos limpiara la ducha a lo que me dijo que si hoy o mañana, llena de pelos a matojos. Olor fuerte a humedad

Îți dă ok rezervării,îți ia banii prin booking iar apoi îți spune că apartamentul nu este disponibil

Imediat după plata rezervării,fara posibilitate de anulare ,prin booking, proprietarul ne-a scris ca sa anulam rezervarea că el nu ne poate primi din motive tehnice. Am sunat sa ne dea banii înapoi și printre jigniri din partea lui și amenințări cu poliția din partea noastră am reușit să ne recuperăm banii. NU RECOMAND!! Mare grija!

Mizeria din apartament, cearceafuri patate, fire de par pe masa si in chiuveta, firimituri de cipsuri pe canapea. Primul lucru pe care l am facut cand am ajuns la cazare a fost sa dam cu aspiratorul.

В помещении свежий ремонт, приятно пахнет. Есть все необходимое оборудование, включая стиральную машинку, кофе машину Nespressso ( четыре капсулы для нее, а также чай и стики с растворимым кофе были в апартаментах). Уборка перед нашим приездом была выполнена качественно. Кровать удобная. На кухне есть все необходимые столовые приборы. Душ чистый без следов плесени. В квартире установлены осушители воздуха, чтобы избежать высокой влажности. Перед апартаментами можно без проблем бесплатно запарковать автомобиль, свободных мест было достаточно. Рядом остановка трамвая. До ближайших продуктовых магазинов 5 минут пешком, до супермаркетов 15 мин пешком. Центр города тоже рядом.

Немного шумновата из-за проходящих рядом трамваев. Мы не поняли, где можно развесить постиранную одежду. Возможно во внутреннем дворике. Это нужно уточнить у владельца апартаментов.
