An excellent location and comfy apartment. Will gladly return!

The apartment was very homey and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The building is on a main road with the tram/trolley but the apartment is on the backside of the building so it is still quiet. The trolley/tram is convenient and there is a market right across the street. There is also a very good restaurant across the street and down at the corner that is in an ancient military barracks. The Old Town starts just two blocks from the apartment. The host was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We will definitely return to this wonderful place!

I wish there were blackout drapes in the bedroom.

Always first choice for Timisoara

Nice accommodation, clean and exceeding expectations. Very kind and attentive host, invisible Daniela. But we had a good communication via mail. Apartment is located in a quiet area, very close to city center and with a lot of supermarkets around, even hospitals or small shops. Accommodation is satisfying both kind of travelers, working and pleasure. Good underground parking nearby for only 20 lei/4 € per day. Summarizing one of the best accommodations where I stay and not only in Romania.

Great experience

We stayed in this apartment for a week. It was one of the best accommodation experiences we’ve had in Europe. The apartment is beautifully and practically furnished. The bed is comfortable. It is very clean, has a dishwasher and laundry machine, enough kitchen utensils, a desk in the living room and a sitting area in the kitchen that are both suitable for work. The location can’t be better - right across from the tram station and Carrefour, walking distance to almost everything of note, overlooking a garden. The owners are lovely, they went above and beyond to make sure we were having a good stay. In the end we were sad to leave.

The only issue was that the wifi was off the entire time we were there, but this was not the hosts’ fault. They did everything they could to fix the problem and also to provide us with alternative solutions. We spent most of our time outside anyways.

Lokacija odlična, vrlo čisto, opremljeno svim aparatima.

Stan je veoma udoban, čist, opremljen svim potrebnim aparatima čak i za duži boravak. Lokacija je fantastična, nadohvat pešačke zone u samom srcu Temišara, desetak metara od tramvajske stanice i stotinak metara od gradskog autobusa. Možete parkirati auto u ulici ili u garaži koja je 50m od zgrade. Domaćica je vrlo ljubazna i predusretljiva.

Apartament aranjat cu mult bun gust, foarte prietenos si cu toate facilitatile. Foarte aproape de centru si cu un restaurant bun si ieftin in apropiere. In centru se ajunge pe jos.

Comunicarea cu gazdele a fost simpla și clară și am apreciat foarte mult amabilitatea. Apartamentul a corespuns absolut tuturor necesităților noastre, fiind dotat cu toate cele necesare (veselă, ustensile, utilat cu toată aparatura necesară, aer condiționat). Locația excelentă, ne-a permis explorarea in voie a orașului, fiind situat in imediata apropiere a punctelor de interes din centru. Vom reveni!

Doua saptamani in Timisoara!

TV mare, bucataria spatioasa, dusul, etajul apartamentului, zona!

Salteaua patului prea moale, daca eram la margine ma rostogoleam din pat si binenteles ca spatele meu si-a spus cuvantul! A trecut cu calmante! Balconul care nu este balcon (foarte mic) si este la dormitor! Si nu in ultimul rand mirosul in tot apartamentul, mirosea a batran si vechi, un miros greu, a trebuit sa aprind lumanari parfumate! In rest ok! Raport calitate/pret este egal cu ce am avut!

Wir waren begeistert. Ein tolles Appartement in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Altstadt. 1 Minute entfernt von Bus und Straßenbahn. Ebenso befinden sich ein Supermarkt und ein kleiner Markt um die Ecke. Das Appartement ist optimal ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin verlief unkompliziert und herzlich. Vielen Dank Daniela Wir können das Appartement zu 100% empfehlen. Eine Empfehlung von uns ist das Restaurant mit Biergarten direkt an der Piata 700. https://www.beraria700.ro/
