Great central location for visiting both Disney and Universal with no more than a 20-30 minute drive depending on traffic. Close to restaurant's such as Chilis, Uno and Miller Ale house which offered good value and late night options if needed.
The house easily fitted all the family comprising of 6 adults and 2 children, with room to spare. Good level of amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms, showers were hot and good pressure and the daily bin collection from the out side box was useful.
It would have been good to have a little welcome package like milk, coffee etc has we arrived late and needed to find a 7-11 that was still open near midnight. Also it would be good to some shower gel in addition to the hand soap.
Some nights the neighbouring houses ignored the quiet period after 10pm with music and pool activities still going on after midnight.
