The location and layout of the property are excellent.
The magicbox staff were super responsive and did deal with most issues.
The property was poorly stocked with cooking and serving equipment, crockery, soups / dishwasher tabs / etc, there were no simple welcome things (tea coffee etc). A lot of the appliances were poorly maintained and needed replacing. Advertised as having a curfew so that it’s family friendly. However, as there’s no way of ensuring that it turned out not have a curfew and this genuinely impacted the quality of the stay.
